Thank you for supporting Soma Garden.
All merchandise sold through our online store is made to order using a print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind.

Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we will gladly help make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

Once reviewed, we may offer:

  • A replacement item

  • A refund

  • Store credit, depending on the situation

Non-Returnable Items

Because items are custom printed on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Color variations caused by screen displays

  • Orders placed with incorrect shipping information

Shipping Issues

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Soma Garden is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
